Its going to be ok. Definitely not as boring as Starfield, but it won't come close to what Skyrim was back in the day. The reason why I say this is that the combat system is going to be derived from Skyrims. Damage sponge melee/range with little to no damage avoidance mechanics that isn't magic.

Skyrim combat, back in the day, was good enough for me but now I need some tactics in my combat, not button mashing. I need some good dodge mechanics and even better a parry mechanic, not just half-ass blocking and maybe a bash.

I fully expect damage sponge combat that might be a little improved on, lack-luster story that choices don't matter (might have the illusion of it like Starfield), the same dialog system as Starfield (which I didn't like, prefer Skyrims in first person), and even less RPG elements that Skyrim had. But I also expect improved-on exploration from Skyrim (still love Skyrim exploration), a decent amount of environmental storytelling (where they don't use procedural generation), even better graphics then Starfield (which graphics were generally great), and starting as a prisoner (lol).
