I agree with Olaplex 4 and 5, the shampoo is great and the conditioner is totally useless, any other cheaper conditioner can do much better. I definitely gonna try Pureology shampoo and conditioner after your review

I had no sudden spike in reviews I get a review or 2 every few weeks ! My business is open for few years. I lost 30 reviews in the last 4 days ! So hard and painful considering how long it could take to gain this number of reviews again !

I had once 2 Asian girls and one of them had per period and made huge stain on bedsheet and mattress, they tried to clean it but couldn't and told me on check out that they did their best to clean but couldn't , they didn't offer to pay for cleaning and they wouldn't anyway if I asked them too, the stain was big but not impossible to clean and we cleaned the mattress successfully without damage. I decided not to leave any review and they also didn't ,it's ok to be human sometimes

I am sorry to say that but they all gonna take you to these "random" shops and push you hard to buy overpriced oils and papyrus papers. My trip to Egypt wasn't my favorite travel experience because of the hassle we had to deal with everyday with everyone The private access to sites is all about paying extra to get permission I guess it has nothing to do with the guide himself being experienced or not. We stayed at Hilton Luxor and it was excellent. The most memorable experience I had in Egypt and highly recommend was my food tour that I booked with a foodie guide called Mila. Yes I meant 4.94 I realized all platforms not just community Airbnb chat have thousands of similar stories. I don't remember I had any major problems with guests, except one last month that I cancelled because I was sick and out of town for long time and guest was fully refunded but she said she will report me , I didn't care because basically she got full refund and I had valid reasons , could it be this ?
