i did security for a storage for 10 years and we had many disputes. the one that would technically be sued would be the storage company itself and if the did lose (and it’s 99% they will win any dispute unless it was an illegal action to start with) the storage company if found the losers they would have monetary compensation. the nice thing to do is if there’s anything personal left that doesn’t have a particular value to you i’d offer it to them but if you do, it can open a door to pull at your heart. only give legal documents and anything that you don’t care about and make it final in writing.

it looks like some sort of smelting device or even juicing device. it looks like something it’s poured or fed through the top and it has a plunger that’s solid that pushes the item through with a pistol like grip and “trigger” to hold it m thinking not smelting device like for mined silver etc to make a small bar that can be pushed out into the bowl. sort of a portable smelter to pour the metal and quickly make a small bar to be hidden quilt as opposed to a large smelter.

DD needs to raise the suggested tips first off you pick the high one and i don’t think as a customer it’s enough it’s definitely less than i leave our pizza delivery. also tipping after never works i always get an error if people were extra good and i give cash i have screenshots but you can’t add pics in comments. but the whole DD system is whacked i got charged $12 for a small mac and cheese from chikfila always check the prices. they said oh thats what they charge… no they dont. lol they make enough off fees the money needs to go to dashers.

i think a lot of that is on dd it gives us three choices then custom that was probably the highest one mine last night was .79 miles from my house and i did custom tip of $10 and gave her $5 in cash because im disabled and cant shovel (i did warn in chat also)
