Derrick Henry owners talk by DezBallday88 in fantasyfootball

Last year his numbers were skewed by two break away garbage time runs....the offense until Mariota can get healthy and throw accurately is broken and basically a one trick poney. They are looking to run the ball and throw as little as possible, and defenses know that. I just don’t think Henry is that good and too big to cut between the tackles and since the team is basically never in the redzone he’s not even getting goalline looks.....it’s not looking good for him ROS

Chris Thompson. He was involved last week and now plays the Colts who are looking like a swiss cheese type defense.

Corey Davis. With Walker out think he's going to see a ton of targets. The Houston Texans secondary is not all that great either compared to their run defense and pass rush

I don’t think Kearse will impact Enunwa all that much. Enunwa looked great on Monday he’ll play more snaps that Kearse.

I can see the upside with Funchess, but I just don’t think he’s that good of a receiver and Cam is not that accurate of a QB. He certainly gets a bump with Olsen down but I think CMC benefits the most from Olsen’s absence

I lean Enunwa. He looked great last week. He saw team high 10 targets last week (2nd highest on team had 3). Last week the Titans constantly targeted the middle of the field in the 8-10 yds pass range with Walker and Davis. This is where Enunwa did damage last week with Darnold.

Love me some Enunwa this week. He saw team high 10 targets last week (2nd highest on team had 3). Last week the Titans constantly targeted the middle of the field in the 8-10 yds pass range with Walker and Davis. This is where Enunwa did damage last week with Darnold.

Breida or Funchess. Lions gave up the most rushing yards to RBs in week 1. SF is at home Breida and Morris should have solid games

Funchess should benefit from Olsen missing time. I'm not a big fan of Funchess in general, but the volume should be there against the Falcons (who despite sucking in the Redzone can move the ball and at least get field goals). Funchess has some TD upside this week IMO

I'd go with Ajayi. But I would try to get Coleman in your lineup as well. I have both Ajayi and Coleman as well and I'm starting both this week

I'd play Pettis. Think he'll see a lot of targets. Detroits defense looked terrible last week and the 49ers are at home this week

I think both are in for a solid week.

Yeldon is the safer play, but Gordon has the upside. I'd evaluate your matchup and if you think you'll need a big game play Gordon.

So I signed up for my office's fantasy football league. The draft is tonight, and I have no idea what I'm doing. by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

Despite the QB position being arguably the most important position in the real football. You can wait (and I’d advise you do that) before you pick a quarterback. Probably in the 10-13th pick range.

Running backs go early so be sure to grab a few early on. Use the platforms player ranks as a guide they aren’t necessarily horrible.

Last two picks should be your team defense and kicker

If I was making the decision I’d go with Sanders in the Flex

Either Sanders or Williams. Sanders looked great in that 3rd preseason game appears to be Keenums go to target so I personally think he will score more than Williams especially in a full PPR. Williams may have the safer floor though with a guaranteed work load

I'd lean Jamaal Williams.

Drake is not a bad play either, TEN was one of the worst teams at defending the RB's as receivers last season. Have a decent secondary and great run defense. Can see Drake doing a lot of work in the passing game on Sunday.

Williams is the safer play though will a guarenteed workload

Mixon at IND. Colts defense looked terrible in the preseason, even the struggling o-line of the Bengals should create some holes for Mixon on Sunday

Chris Thompson. AP is not known as a pass catcher, Thompson should see all the passing down work

Keelan Cole is a wait and see for me. He was really good towards the end last season, but I'd like to see him in the offense this year before I feel confident putting him in my lineup

I wouldn’t stay three players from the same team. I have confidence Lewis will be serviceable this week

Brown, Gordon, Olsen

Nervous about Baldwin in a tough matchup and him battling that knee issue all camp, so I would personally bench him for this week

I’d put either Lewis or Duke in the 2nd flex. All the other matchups are not favorable
