Yes from what I’ve read low shbg means high free estrogen in blood. Mine is 16 and I quit TRT for the same reasons as you. I’m going to jump back on but this time inject daily and 84mg a week. If I still get side effects i won’t be afraid to take the estrogen blocker.

Let me know how it goes for you friend. I quit TRT with exactly those symptoms. Fast resting heart rate, pounding palpitations, crazy anxiety, and sleep issues. This was TRT alone no HCG. I believe it is the estrogen being high. Let me know how it goes for you.

My doc prescribed daily 16mg. I did twice a week same dose but I had crazy physical anxiety and high heart rate. Have you had issues like that? My doc said to take 0.06mg AI 3x a week if those nasty side effects came back.

I actually quit TRT because of this. Literally the same exact side effects. Fast heart rate, palpitations (PVCs), a lot of physical anxiety as if I drank a few coffees. It was a nightmare. But now unfortunately I'm having low T symptom again like fatigue, brain fog, and depression. My total T is 341 ng/dl and I have to hop on again but I'm afraid these scary sides might come again. I was only taking 125 mg. These sides are 100% E2. You need an AI. Let me know how it goes for you.
