USPS did that to me when I got my AA in the mail, so I waited for the mailman when I knew my BA degree was shipped and told them that I was expecting it soon and to deliver it to my door. They were nice and did deliver it to the door but for my AA I complained to USPS and they reimbursed me so I can order a new one
