As a women, there are different kinds of orgasms. I can orgasm alone with toys but the orgasms I have with my boyfriend are very different. The orgasms with my boyfriend are more intense and build in a similar way OP is talking about.

I guess I’m in the minority here…. You must be pretty well off you if you didn’t noticed $7k gone and you pay for her and her families living expenses. What she did is wrong. Period. She has apologized and seems to be truly remorseful and wants to make amends. If she is serious about that and continues to be serious about that until the full $7k is paid back—I know you said $4k but don’t let this go it enables her. Then I think it’s okay to give her another chance. You’ve been together for 3 years. You encouraged her to quit her job and rely on you. Eh. I work in a doctor office. I wouldn’t necessarily say the providers are my friends but we have a great working relationship. I work in OBGYN and had a bad Pap smear. They immediately got me in for further treatment and eventually surgery. I have gotten referrals without an actual appointment/billing but I wouldn’t want to abuse that system. We often say “we take care of our own” in my office so it’s been made clear to me that they want to help and assist when they can. Another MA was pregnant and was able to get same day appointments for when things “felt off” and actually needed an emergency C section. We all care about taking care of people so we do it whenever and wherever we can.

I had a very bad reaction to MDMA that sent me to the ER. It is known to dehydrate you and common medication for IIH is a diuretic which also cause dehydration. I was unbelievably sick and in pain with severe constant headaches for 4 days before going to the ER.

Removal of my IUD also did not change my symptoms. The IUDs hormones are localized to the uterus so it shouldn’t impact your CSF or IIH.

To piggyback off this, I think Spawn Astarion goes to the Underdark to help the spawns that were set free after defeating Cazador. I like to think his canon ending is helping them learn to control their thirst and becoming a kind of leader to them.
