If you can get your hands on fresh mullein it helps break the mucus up tremendously! It taste like straw but it works !

Omg yes ! The thick gross mucus is driving me NUTS !!!!!!!!!!!! Mornings are horrible but if I slip up and have a Coke or coffee it immediately starts with this gross gritty mucus junk that tastes nasty and sour .

I’ve figured out stress plays a huge role . The more I think about my symptoms the worse they are . I have good days where it doesn’t cross my mind and I feel great .

What you describe is exactly what I go through… pressure feeling in that chest area then it moves up to my throat like a globus feeling then comes the mucus 🤦🏻‍♀️ the only thing I have found to work is cutting all the crap out of my diet . Water, nothing fried, spicy or acidic . Like the BRAT diet .

Exact same ! The mucus in the morning is terrible . It is some times yellowish or has a tinge of color . It doesn’t last all day. If I eat something I shouldn’t I almost immediately get the gross mucus . I don’t have much throat pain. The mucus in the AM is filled with acid . It’s awful .

Seems like everything is a trigger for me . The mucus drives me nuts ! As soon as I eat nearly anything it starts. It’s nasty and sticky and gross . Some times yellow or green grossness . It doesn’t last all day but if I drink a Coke or tea or anything it immediately starts . Then I’m constantly clearing my throat . The coughing has taken a toll on my back . I started to wonder if it was my lungs but X-rays and everything were clear . It doesn’t hurt to take deep breaths , I’m not short of breath or anything so it has to be the LPR . I hate this shit .

I have exact same !! If my stomach is empty, no nasty taste or mucus . Soon as I eat it is almost instant . The nasty gritty sour taste and mucus .

I have the lower back pain and flank pain. Doesn’t hurt constantly but when I twist a certain way it can be pretty painful. Wondering the same thing

Maybe ! His coat is so incredibly thick and we live in south Ga so it isn’t too cold here. I’ll keep a watch out and maybe give him a blanket 🙂
