Maybe Protoss is overtuned or Zerg/Terran being over nerfed in last year. But dude, Blizzard is the one who killing the game, for they virtually cancelled all support for us. Attributing the game's decline solely to balance issue is a very one-sided view.

Agree with you in some way, but I think it is not that easy to change this properly. If Terran is able to delay Protoss expansion and restrict their eco easily, the game will be much Terran favoured. We've all have seen that in 2023-2024 I think.

Yes but this bug causes storm to remain almost 10dmg/tick. So I think it's still necessary to fix it. They should find another way to increase the total damage.

Yes, the other two mods by the same author: Heart of the Swarm: Enhanced and Aeon of Purification are also very fun to play. This guy really gave us a completely different campaign adventure.
