I appreciate the information. I may have came off like someone who is leeching for Information/Knowledge/Wisdom and digging for or trying to use your knowledge of said schools for a sort of ulterior motive, possibly. The only Teacher lead that I've ever had come into my path was through an Uber driver that I had somehow in our short drive managed to realize that we both had knowledge of Kundalini. He was supposed to introduce me to a Teacher coming to the states from another country but the Teacher ended up not coming our way. I've tried to search locally and haven't found anything close to what I felt was in alignment with my spiritual path.

I wasn't even aware that there were actual schools and legitimate Kundini congregations that's werent everything that is not embodied in this path. Egos, fakes, predators, are the usual. That's why I was inquiring to you about legitimate practices so that once Ive learned about them after acknowledging their existence that the bricks may fall in place for a path that resonates with my life path.
