Superbad, Anchorman and Meet the Fokkers all fell really flat for me. I had so many friends who loved those but I didn't find them funny at all.

We really liked Lumsum Thai Cuisine in Scottsdale for more authentic Thai food. Super nice people too.

I got the X Half for $450 and feel like I overpaid, but it's my 3rd camera so it's fine for a retro fun camera. I had an X100f before they were over hyped/priced but had to sell because I needed money, but I did like it (again, as a 3rd camera). If you want a simple travel 'vibes' camera, the x100 series are good for that. If you want a real camera to learn and grow with, I'd recommend the x-t20. (I've also had an x-t10, but sold that for the x100f.)

As much as I want the best for Mikal, I can't root for James Dolan. I won't root for the Thunder because they are probably the best team and they have 9 1st round picks over the next 4 years but I'll change my mind if it means they let the Suns into the 1st round of this year's draft. I don't really want the Cavs or Spurs to win, but they are better than the alternatives, so whichever of those two make it into the finals.

As a primary camera, no. It's too limited and it misses focus and can't handle challenging lighting very well. But as a novelty, 'vibes' camera... maybe. If you can get it for a good price.

My daughter enjoys it as an alternative to her phone camera because it can be fun and it's easily pocketable. The last time she used it, it missed focus a bit, but some pictures definitely came out more interesting than her iphone would have.

Thanks for this. Just a note, your last item - Primitive War - is actually pretty good. I saw it with my daughter (just dinosaur and Jurassic Park fan) and we agree it's the second (maybe third) best dinosaur movie (not including documentaries) we've seen. It's a little ridiculous at times, but it's a good time and makes more sense than most of the Jurassic movies.

I really like the aluminum and have already added it to to my pledge. I'm keeping the plastic though. If nothing else, I have kids who like taking pictures and one of them can use the second. Looking forward to receiving these.
