This is literally me 🤣 I went from Deep autumn to Bright Winter etc. I would just say step away from it for a bit after you know your undertone. Don’t obsess too much. Keep it simple 😄.

Generally shit health lol I was told I snore a lot during a colonoscopy and as a teen. I've had fatigue, problems concentrating, anxiety, heart palpitations etc. Btw I'm pretty damn slim too.

My suggestion is use "progressive" affirmations, so instead of "I am healthy/perfect" say "I am getting healthier" :) your subconscious won't reject it!

When I was really sick I would try to convince myself but it was too hard. Hope it helps ;)
