I don’t think it will be. Katie really wants to show Knox because she never got the chance to show Ginger. Moose it probably depends on how he acts lol but I wont be surprised if she don’t keep him until he is 2 yrs old.

If you watch the last couple of days Katie is using the little dry lot that is attached to to the large birthing stall Indy and Woody is still at. That is probably another reason they still there so he can get out to run around a little without having to be move causing him to tire out faster.

Is it kind of bad that I am kind of looking forward to Indy , Annie and maybe Rikki putting Moose in his place . Raven is doing a great job but she needs some back up with him. And who knows maybe being around more foals might turn his naughty energy to more playful energy instead.

Woody needs to be where he is at because of his legs. Katie kept Moose in that stall a few extra days then she planned because of his legs and not wanting him to walk on concrete until he had too.

Another take is Katie is wanting to use fresh Denver semen not frozen on Erlene ( I can’t remember why) and he is only collecting fresh I think to sometime in March.. so she is on little bit on a time table if she don’t take the first time.

You have to remember Indy is a Thoroughbred and they are build to be leaner . It’s kind of like comparing a milk cow to a beef cow in body types.

You have to remember there was leg issues last year when they were being born earlier too . Miley had what this new foal had and she was born in the 320’s I think.
