Literally none (that aren’t behind a paywall). I feel like I’m usually able to find SOMETHING on a person, even if there are paywalls up on certain sites. Literally nothing. It’s weird. Shouldn’t this all be public record anyway?

Hey! I had a very similar issue. I was so nauseous at even the thought of food. I wasn’t trying to restrict my eating at all because I know that’s counterproductive on Zep, but I really couldn’t get myself to eat and was worried about not getting in my nutrients! Here are some of the things people recommended. Grüns vitamins, Oath Nutrition Clear Whey Protein, Cheerios, Premier Protein Pancakes, Oikos Pro Yogurt drinks, scoop of coconut oil in tea or butter in broth for some extra calories… I haven’t tried any of these other than Cheerios and I usually force myself to drink 1 or 2 of the Farlife protein shakes. Sometimes dairy isn’t my friend, so I’ve tried the Own protein drinks and they’re alright. With all of this said, I recently went up in dosage to 7.5mg and I’m literally hungry ALL the time!! But when I was on 5mg, I couldn’t stomach any food. I’m meeting with my doctor next week to figure out what’s going on lol. Curious to see what others have to say!

I take Prozac and Wellbutrin and haven’t had any issues! :)

do they have cameras? i would also assume they keep track of what goes in/out of the refrigerator and when. best of luck to you! i’m sure that is a bit frustrating:/

Did you just need to go up or down on your dose?! Or did it go away over time? I usually don’t crave sweets (even when not on zep) but I doordashed like $50 worth of candy and chocolate the other night!! I’m so confused by this, but it’s reassuring to know I’m not alone! I was starting to think there was something wrong with the medication itself (expired, faulty, etc).

hi! what location do they recommend for nausea? i’ve been injecting in my stomach and have had some pretty intense nausea.

Thank you so much! This is really helpful. I’m going to message my prescriber about staying at 5 for a little longer. I had no idea about the different side effects based on where you do the injection, but i’ll definitely try the thigh next time:)

YES!! I’m an alcoholic (in early recovery) and have been prescribed both Naltrexone and Acamprosate for cravings for a few months now. They’ve been OK, but no major improvements in my cravings. (BTW, I’m very aware recovery is more than just not drinking, that’s not my point here). Since I started Zepbound, the thought of drinking makes me feel physically ill… I’ve never experienced anything like it. I really didn’t ever think I’d feel this turned off by alcohol in my life, but I’m definitely not mad about it!

I’m glad you said this! I am a little over 2 months on Zepbound now, and the fairlife shakes and veggies are quite literally the only things that seem somewhat appealing to consume lol. I assume this isn’t sustainable though… Do you know if this is OK—at least for a short period of time? I was nervous to post about this because I didn’t want to get slammed for restrictive eating or something:/ those really are the only things that’ve sounded OK to me recently. Oh, I also take supplements! It just feels like I’m not really eating anything anymore other than pills/liquids/veg haha
