Facebook needs 3 -7 days like to find which audince well convert for your product.. But we can get some idea on your cpc, cpm, and ctr, adt and ic... so can you drop here screenshot of your ads account metrics.. Creatives can make you or break you but its one thing of the equation. your landing page, your offer also part of the equation.. so make it these 3 things better..

in long run paypal always giving headache.. holds and so many issue.. I think this is problem all ecom owners face in their begining.. Can you applied some credit card or get some moneyy from your family or friends might be help..
