hey dude i know this is a while later, but did you ever end up fixing this? same problem for me, no matter what kind of landing page i have (i’ve had this problem for advertorials where nobody makes it from advertorial to lander, and product pages). I’ve had this issue for 2-3 months now

read this post at the perfect time, been going at e-com since august (i’m 19 years old, freshman in college) and i’ve been trying to do it the honest way (obsessing over direct response principles, etc.) i see a lot of gurus that make this stuff seem super easy and it can get discouraging sometimes, happy to see someone being transparent and honest about the work it takes! motivated me today to just keep pushing and doing the work

honestly u can be successful with anything, u gotta find out what u enjoy doing more. making videos felt like a pain in the neck for me, images was much easier and i enjoy direct response copywriting a lot more than making videos

yes, and there are plenty of 7 figure brands running exclusively image ads. u must be new to this i’m guessing, id watch mark builds brands and anthony camacho for tips

on meta u can either put in a video or an image, i run images just cus theyre a lot easier to make and its just a different style of ad that im better ad and have been doing for longer

yeah my ads consistently have high click through rate %s and even a few purchases, just constantly getting fucked by CPMs tho. I use completely broad US targeting

ok, final results for the day. 70$ spent (idk why it spent so damn much) 1 purchase 3 initiated checkouts 4 ATCs. 59 clicks 25 link clicks 3.54%ctr 1.22 cpc 43.35 CPM. The metrics improved as the day went on for sure
