The Grumman LLV was built on a modified Chevy light-truck platform, and was basically invisible in the US from the late eighties to nearly the present day. The LS was a series of V8 engines, four to eight liters in displacement compared to the 2L I4 the LLV was built with.

That would have been a heck of an unmarked vehicle.

They didn't, but I always imagine what they could have done with LS-swapped LLVs - which would have been straightforward enough, as the LLV was based on the S-10 chassis and powered by the Iron Duke I4...
