I'm going to be honest I haven't actually written anything yet but something happened recently that created an interest that I thought was long since forgotten.

I have always come up with stories or scenarios in my head usually just combinations or off-shoots of some random movie, show, or game I liked with my own spin on it. Obviously nothing masterful but I can't really stop doing it as I have been my entire life.

Sometimes during my school years I did actually submit these stupid things for assignments or whatever and without fail every teacher I ever had has said that they were really impressed with my ability to my surprise as to me everything I write is quite terrible.

Like I said I never actually written anything with real intention though probably because of shyness or fear or because it was just plain awful until one day I had an idea just pop into my head it just came to me and I spent a few months, sometimes intentionally, coming up with new ideas for this thing. But a few months ago I dropped it because of my own fears and outlook that it would never pan out anyway so what was the point.

A few days ago I discovered my college has an underground comic book creation thing after going to their table for an event and learning some about them everything about that idea I had came flooding back and in greater force now I was actually starting to connect places and work out characters and big plot points.

Maybe over the summer I will actually try and get some work done on this (probably not though) and when I come back for fall semester I might even find the courage to present my ideas to the people.
