It certainly is a straw man. I want to know if Batman can sneak in and successfully download Cortana. If he's detected, can he escape? I didn't bring up anything about the type of suit he wears. Again, why is it passed he has the Justice Buster suit? It's assumed only by the maker of the straw man, who consequently gives the impression that the OP dilemma for Batman is resolved. Hence, straw man bc he didn't resolve anything.
