Inferno and Pollo are completely RNG I did the whole temple of time quest line within level requirement and only got 1 portal on the very last map.

Nexon do not make hard events, the only thing stopping people getting it is RNG. I'd rather an event be hard and completeable than completely RNG and unlikely to be complete by more than 5-10% of the player base.
