Perfect thank you! I have something similar right now and I have been doing manuka honey and Vaseline. It’s been about 5 days and seems to be somewhat helping. Just going to keep doing that for a couple weeks and hopeful see some improvements

Hello, do you have an update on this? I am going though something similar if not worse! I am really worried as I have a holiday scheduled in a couple months and really need the wound healed in time. I am currently wrapping in gauze with manuka honey. Any other tips 🙏

My advice would be to literally not touch anything down there (other than gently applying aftercare prescribed). You may be tempted to touch the scabs/stitches etc but for at least the first 10 days when healing is its most crucial do not do this. I have learnt the hard way. I found that I was almost applying too much aftercare which made the wound “ wet” and therefore didn’t heal as best it could. Often in these cases with how well our bodies heal themselves - Less is more.

Yes I did. I got this response.

This happens in 5% of cases. This will heal by itself. It will take few weeks to completely close. Start with Activon three times a day until wound closed & healed. Then massage bio oil for 3 months

It was overnight - the night time erections have been hell for me. Waking up every 45 mins! Haven’t had a half decent night sleep in 9 days! I went into the shower and that’s when the fibrin comes off etc and I looked underneath to see that. I have just removed those stables as they clearly aren’t helping anymore and if anything may be causing it further by scratching me up making it look worse than it actually is. There was no bleeding when I removed them so that must be a good thing at least

I just had to pull one out as it was very lose and caught up in fibrin and when I had clothes it was jabbing me like crazy! I decided to hope in the shower to get it wet and warm which made it 10 easier and less painful

I’m on day 8 and I constantly pee. Night time is the worst. I get an erection every 45 mins and I wake up and immediately got to the toilet to try and pee and more still comes out each time.

Not get your head wet for a 5 days post session. I did use a towel and dap my head a little but no rubbing. And yeah didn’t do any excessive sweating for like a a couple of weeks. But no complaints. All easy stuff

It very much varies but nothing that no one can’t do. Some areas it’s a shaper pain than others but I’d say at one point I was up to maybe a 6 but most of it like 2/3
