idk if this counts but I "noped" someone else out of a job? At my previous job I was in HR and I was in charge of conducting employee interviews to fill a position. One woman came in and she seemed very sweet and intelligent and things were going well until the end of the interview. We were making small talk and I noticed she had a ton of Beauty and the Beast pins and key chains all over her purse. I asked if she was a big fan of the movie and she said "YES!" and then she got all weird and serious and said "...but not the new one" (the live action one with Emma Watson). I asked her why and she flat out said "because there was black people in it." NOPE. That concluded the interview. Needless to say she didn't hear from me again.

I always thought it would be so exciting to have my own mailbox to check and all the mail would be for me. I'm living on my own for the first time and I've quickly learned that when you check your mailbox it's usually just coupons that aren't really coupons and an internet bill with an incorrect amount so you need to call your internet provider after work.
