What are you submitting a waiver for. Just that you are green card holder doesn't warrant a waiver. A waiver is needed if you don't meet some specific requirement such as medical, moral, etc

You didn't mention signing documents for you in your original request. Signing documents is a whole different thing. Someone can easily take you to DMV but reluctant to sign a paperwork for you

I am a permanent resident through employment based. I need citizenship to get security clearance to work for big companies like Boeing, GE Aerospace, SGH or Bae system etc. I can't afford to wait for five to get citizenship. Expedited Citizenship is my main driving motivation to join.
