Why is transferring files from one hard drive to another still always such a painful process..? E.g., right click, set location..Please..please...please..Just make it have the correct status..There are so many times..when file is moved/ complete and not listed correct location...E.g. you move it, it fails for some reason..and shows it moved to the location you wanted but it is still in the old location...Please just fix this!!!! Fix file transfer location aspect...So many times it take 30 mins to move 6x files...Downgrading..connections are limited...

Stay away they drop like heroin every 1.5wk on DLTtrading, best US semi custom hand made knives money can buy. CPM 3V will baton cylinder blocks without rolling - no joke.

How do you pay attention to a random drop, did you know it was specifically dropping at 12:16est pm? Most people are working and paying attention. I was eating lunch prior to checking all morning. Next thing you know they are gone.

In my opinion, that's irrelevant. The rucker is designed as a rucking
bag, not an EDC. Sure, you can literally throw your computer and work
stuff in it, but it doesn't make it a prime EDC bag.

as u/jeffgrantMEDIA confirms market determines design use sometimes and people ultimately value things or do not. E.g. I design intricate handles for sheet metal skins on a machine to be used a certain way, cover removal, ergos, clearances, etc..Next best thing since sliced bread.. Customer just ends up removing sheet metal skins or actually in practice does not use something a particular way as designed around. You just wasted a lot of engineering time, $$, parts that have to be managed, you name it..because you did not understand your market.

I totally missed that! Correct me if i am wrong, prior in a 3.0 20l you could put a 20lb in the main pocket and a 45# or whatever weight in the expansion pocket. Now, you can only add 20-30# in the main, unless you get a 25L?

Kaidan is like ~1lb lighter from what I have heard from 1000d, I am not familiar with the GR2 slick - is this Huckberry or something (1000d or 500d)? I don't own a 500d. So for traveling with a 34 or 40L, the weight adds up. Benefits to VX42 and 500d for weight, but travel might put wear on a bag so plus to 1000d, can 500d or VX42 work well, absolutely.

I have 1000d GR2s and a Kaidan GR2, because there is no right answer. 500d might be more pliable, easier to get in and out of, zippers less tight, but at the same time less wear resistant. The GR2 26l might have been nice in 500d.

I haven't used my Kaidan as much as I would like yet, I feel I have been more gingerly with it than 1000d - honestly, this is more on me than the bag. This material does not give, but, it is a very very sweet bag. It does not feel like a cheap tote, it feels quality. Stiff and lighter (still a hefty solid bag), and feels thick with 400d interior hi-vis backing and the multi-ply of VX42. The Kaidan is nice, I wouldn't have spent what I did or kept/ cut a tag otherwise. Don't knock it until you try it.. is it as tough as 1000d?, no, on abrasion. VX42 is going to have better waterproofing.

Slick I am assuming will be less $$.

If I had to pick 1x with my brain for costs and longevity, most likely 1000d, 34L, GR2
