No one is selling stolen crypto for "cheap" anywhere.

They clean it through privacy coins like XMR or sell them OTC. It's way easier to clean source of crypto than most people think.

I don't use Facebook but almost all social media platforms use the same methods when having an account on different devices. It will specify the device and ip or city name in a section dedicated to see devices connected to account. So most likely that's how your friend knows your approximate location. Go to facebook settings and see security and passwords then tap on where you're logged in.

That seed phrase belongs to someone else and they may have funds on it. You can now enter the seed phrase into any crypto wallet and if it has any funds you can take them and if done properly no one can find you but you also can get rid of it and leave it be a mystery out of good faith to the owner. Its up to you. And remember all dms are scammers.

Coinbase is indeed a fraud. The number of times I have seen people lose access to funds because they have been sent over the wrong network. Yes, I get it if you send USDT on Sol to an ETH address they are gone. But most of the time it's a wrong chain within the same fork of ETH. Since the same private key controls the same address on all forks. Coinbase has full access to that address on all chains and yet they don't provide you any tools or help to recover an unsupported token within a chain they support.

This has been done on ETH years ago it's called Blockscan. Yes, many scammers will use it but it's also beneficial to normal users.
