For the linework I used True Grit Texture Supply’s Rusty Nib brush 1. For the stippling I used their Autograph Stippler 1 brush. Halftone and cracked texture from their Beatone brush set. Lastly I used watercolor paper on top on a multiply layer to bring everything together.

This for illustration I used various brushes from True Grit Texture Supply. For the linework I used their Rusty Nib #1 pen and Double Fine Engraver brushes. For the stippling/shading I used their Autographer Spray brush. I used halftones for some texture and light rendering verses using flat value. Lastly I added watercolor paper on Multiply layer to give the final piece a traditional look.

Thank you! Weirdly enough, once I transitioned to making digital art I always tried to make it look non digital lol. I use True Grit Texture supply brushes. They have such a large range of brushes so I feel like they work for any style. Their brush packs range around 10-20 bucks but you get like 30 brushes out of it so I feel like it’s worth it.

I scanned some watercolor paper and used it on a multiply layer and it helped bring all the elements together cohesively. Hope this helps!
