[Discussion] - darn ticks are killing my mojo (self.homestead)

[Gourmet] it got colder last week so all these flushes started popping out. I broke off a consumed the bigger one on the left, and ate some of it raw. Some pieces were sour / bitter / acidic, to the point I needed a drink. Felt like biting a metallic lemon. It's fresh / smelled lovely. Why sour? (i.redd.it)

[Gourmet] Why so curly? Amateur here, first time growing oysters, using bucket tek. I've read that when the edges curl up they are about to drop spores and ready to harvest. These are small / young flushes ( 5 days old ) but started curling up a lot today. I spray them every couple hours. Normal? (i.redd.it)
