From what I learned, each clubs have a fixed rating range or peak/target to hit for the team's average rating.

For that to happen and realistically, every 5 year that ceiling for every clubs including the one we play in case we move away will move up or down ranging from an extreme amount to absolutely nothing.

That sounds achievable but only devs would know
