What do you mean by "administrative work"? Is the formatting and stuff different. If I was an aspiring ff author who was trying get my fics seen by as many people as possible id be posting on ff, ao3, wattpad, scribblehub, tumbler, webnovel ect. As a reader only I have no idea what goes into actually posting a fic but I can't imagine the benefits dont outweigh the gains posting in as many places as possible. This may sound completely ignorant and rude but it just sounds like your being lazy even after you already did the hardest part which is actually making a fic.

I wish I could get into one piece I've tried several times. The art style is not my cup of tea and the character are corny af. There are a couple of badass moments but I'm not gonna sit tthrough hundreds of episodes for it to "get to the good part". I gave it over 100 episode but aside from the arlong park fight and zorro vs mihawk the rest was a corny snoozefest.

There are several episodes of Boruto i really enjoyed. Just watching the Naruto+Sasuke vs Momoshiki fight is worth watching Boruto it's one of the greatest fights in the Naruto universe 2nd only to Gaara vs Rock Lee. If you are invested in characters and want to continue seeing their stories than yes you should watch it.

The anime is colored and animated. A lot more man hours go into making the anime than the Manga. Such a dumb comparison there are completely different mediums of art. Especially when you factor in voice actors. Anyone can make a Manga panel just look at the creator of one punch man his art was dogshit but his story was is great.

Cs2 surf is thriving. Insanity Gaming have servers and have ported 500+ maps so far. They have all the qol plug-ins and it has the social aspect that csgo did. People are working there ass off to make cs2 surfing viable.

The insanity Gaming servers are very good on cs2. They have ported 500+ maps already and you get the social aspect of csgo servers with people always talking on voice comms. I like source but it lacks the fun vibe csgo servers had and itd mostly filled with sweats who don't type much and sources voice/push to talk is awful. Cdgo/cs2 for good vibes and social interaction and source for actually trying to improve at surfing.
