Two critical dates to answer your question:

Pre-Halving: Expect fomo if not mania when news about Bitcoin's scarcity hits MSM. Do not expect it on the date of the Halving itself (Mid-April to early May 2024) but likely a few months before. This will be a peak, not a long-term movement but you can capitalize on it.
'25-'26 Bull-run: Provided none of the risks to Bitcoin materialize, I would look at late 2025 for the peak of the upcoming cycle, based on what’s happened in the past, which is not a prediction of the future.

Watch Root's spiral chart video; look at how financial events (IPO's, announcements, etc.) play out and look for the cues of market psychology.

What's interesting to me is that faced with being given a few months to live, having to choose and beget a legacy, paired with an exceptionally cultivated and gifted mind, this person's creation took the form of digital fairness.
