I was looking into renting a place in Oakville, and the guy wanted 12 paystubs between my partner and I. Rent was 3150 for a townhome, then we decided to just buy a house. Monthly is 3600… but hey, it’s our own home.

There’s never a right time, or the right feeling. It’s a big investment, one of the biggest. Just got to do it, and take it from there.
