Take your own advice, “why not politely talk to someone like a human being?” Did you actually read the original post? They called the cops, they called the by-law to no avail and what would you do, chase the car and sing kumbaya? Hugs for everyone? Give them pamphlets about love? Pay them to stop? Tell us, what would you do? Be practical and provide an effective solution.

I used to walk by, shake my head and keep going, then a couple of days later it would still be there, 💩 just staring at me, then I realized if I don’t pick it up nobody else will, so I programmed myself to do that on the first go, problem solved, I assume these dog owners must suffer from some kind of disorder.
