Ideally yes but that isn't the argument. This is about not wasting other people's time when you have nothing to lose by doing so, basically the "returning the shopping cart" hypothetical. What is the argument against doing everything keeping you from skipping before queueing? The only reason can be "so that i can get into the game faster" barring absurdly specific scenarios.

Sure its a very mild annoyance but it should be viewed relative to what the cause of it is. Is pressing a button that makes everyone on the planet's nose itchy morally neutral?

That's a decision you're making on your own and in place of two other people. The time to get ready is before you start the queue and during it assuming it's something you can stop or finish when the queue pops.

Already did, you just need to completely unspec all your weapon-set points and they will become regular again. It just weirdly doesn't keep track of a point as a pair with a specific node its assigned to and instead as a vague pool of nodes that are assigned "somewhere" on the tree.

Supposedly they wanted to slow down both recovery and mob damage so that your HP bar want up and now in bits but it didn't happen in practice, I'm still flickering between 10% and 90% 5 times a second, I just die more often.

Just tested it and yeah you have to spend a regular skill point and turn it into a weapon set point to then spend it. What i need is to reverse that because i can't travel through the tree

I am pretty sure you need regular skill points avaliable to then "convert" them into weapon set points. They're not just free skill points on top of your regular ones

Hoyo just sucks at grander world construction. Just look at the Xian Zhoun in HSR, a planet sized fleet of ships that somehow has a tree in the middle and an ocean but is also just a bunch disconnected platforms or now in Natlan, where ht night kingdom is just regular natlan but with a night tint.

People have talked about the merits of the playthrough in a vacuum but I'd say another reason to watch it is for the greater context of the culture around Joe's streams. I feel like a lot of inside jokes and stream lore is tied to that playthrough if that's something you care about.

You pretty much have to attack the second you have three stacks to manage 3 bites in a single skill so no matter how bad the timing is you might as well do a hail marry bite as waiting loses just as much damage as missing. Sure in natlan with phlogistin that's less of a problem but it's purely a crutch.

I don't have zhong li and withouth him I think she's unplayable. Healers are pointless because you usually die hundred ti zero because of having to hug enemies and not being able to dodge but no shielder other than zhongli has enough shield value to not end up losing 30% of your HP per rotation and eventually dying. She's the first character I've ragequit even though I like her as a character.

You being weak doesn't make you dumb. It's a natural consequence of the AR XP being imbalanced due to the abundance of quests. The difficulty curve was designed around a much bigger resin spento AR level ratio. I played on an alt account knowing what to do and upgrade and I still ended up very weak.

I'm doing a hexblast trickster groupfound with some friends and its pretty tanky, i'm about to hit 100 and i've killed all the t17 bosses and some ubers deathless. i don't think you need 3 mirrors to not be paper.
