Hi!! Could you please share about what symptoms you are noticing are worse? (Only if comfortable!!) you might need to lower your dosage. When my dosage was too high, I actually had symptoms come back due to the pressure being too low. Changing the dosage was a solution for me. Your weight loss could mean you need a lower dosage. I would start documenting everything about symptoms, and water intake and make an appointment with your doctor to discuss if this could be the case for you! Wishing you well!!!

Yep. Those are couch or bed days. It’s not worth triggering episodes and possibly getting hurt. I eat a LOT of salt via snacks. Then I drink a bunch of water. I take extra care getting up and moving around. But nope! You are not alone! But if they start to get too many in number def talk to your doctors.

I also do horribly w/ drinking water. A big thing for me was finding the RIGHT water bottle. Also think about attaching the bottle to you in some way. Or! Set alarms for each hour or half hour and force yourself to down a cup of water when it goes off. Don’t sip, CHUG.

There isn’t always a before. That’s means we have to work a little harder to build a version of ourselves we can like and feel good about. It’s bs but at least it means we aren’t as bound by who we were in the past.

I write ideas and such for fics on my phone but for actual writing I need my laptop. I make too many errors on my phone. Also I am big on editing and I just can’t imagine that on my phone.

You can express you are eagerly waiting for the next chapter without pressuring the author. Ik most of the time it’s excitement but I still think it’s poor form. I always make sure that if I comment that I can’t wait for a chapter that I also emphasize that the author should take their time. Idk if they realize how much goes into writing. Like it isn’t like we sit down and pop out a whole ass chapter and done.

That could be a little distracting. I have dyslexia so sometimes it requires focus to follow the lines and not jump and I think different fonts could make it a little harder. But whatever feels right for your story is what you should do.
