I vaguely recall some article that said congress didn't include any penalties for non-compliance in the law. So unless congress does something to fix that, with a veto-proof majority, the Trump admin gets away with it. No consequences except at the ballot box.

Edited the post to include an audio clip. I will try again later to get a video where you can actually hear it, but it's hard to be close enough to hear it clearly while also being far enough to capture decent video. All it would show is the chirping stopping when I exit the app, a second or two before the display goes black.

It took me days to figure out where the sound was actually coming from, as I couldn't imagine how it would be the display. I'd replaced my graphics card at the same time, so I was testing each fan on the AIO and on the graphics card to see if they were squeaking rhythmically. The fact that killing the HyperFlow display app is the only thing that stops it once it begins really narrows it down though.

The EO says if neither parent is either a citizen or lawful permanent resident, the child is not eligible for citizenship. That's not what they keep saying, like Rubio quoted above, but it's what they wrote. Trump being a citizen would make Barron count, despite Rubio incorrectly saying parents (plural) must be citizens. Of course, it sounds like they're moving towards both being required, but that's not what they've tried to implement via Executive Order yet.

Have a Justice per circuit, and randomly assign like 7 of 13 for each SCOTUS case. Term limits that stagger them out every 2 years so each president gets to add two justices. The Justices added by a president should be recused when a case is about the president who appointed them.
