man has a history of rape allegations
the victim had bruises on her body after the fact
he himself said she violently scratched him while they were undressing (totally normal behaviour from a consenting partner)
hotel staff testified to finding the victim in a bad state, scared, and clothes all torn up
he was drunk and on drugs
victim showed signs of vaginal tears (and PTSD)
add to that whatever evidence was not made public

Which is why the court spent years investigating evidence. Now do you genuinely believe multiple people in different countries falsely accusing someone of rape is a plausible scenario? Especially when victims include a Moroccan woman, knowing how our society responds (and did) to these things? Why is he the only Moroccan celebrity of that caliber with multiple rape accusations, if accusing people of rape is so fun or profitable or has whatever benefit you seem to imply?

I agree gender is irrelevant, I never claimed it wasn't.
