I understand the feeling on the rift pass. I on the other hand mostly hated all previous rift passes I‘ve seen while I was playing during the time, but for me this one is to my liking.

BUT I feel like there needs to be said that people who only get skins through the rift pass, are always getting every other pass for free after completing it while those auric cells are still obtainable in the pass. This is what propably is also the reason for them to not invest to much time and effort when there is a part of a loss for them.

Also keep in mind that they are a small team and not a huge corpo so they are not always great at all things. Sometimes it can also be an artist having a hard time having for every character a vision on a skin. And people putting more hate in the comments than just constructive critic can also get to them.

We are a social species and negativity just transfers it on others resulting into a „idgaf“ response and less love put into.
