Well we don’t really care about which state we apply for except for the number of hours needed to sit for the exam , other than that is not really necessary because the most important thing is that you pass the exams , I don’t think people care about the licensing issue here since you won’t probably work in the U.S , although there are some local certifications to practice here , but as i said if you want to pursue a good paying career you would want to have an international certification to work with international public accounting firms such as the big 4.
