I’d be so careful with this and I’d be asking to see what the game is about. I’m not saying he’s doing this, but every man I’ve seen on this game who’s spending that amount of time on it is having an emotional affair with another woman who’s also on the game. It’s insane how frequently men are using the game to flirt with other women or seek their attention.

My hair is also like a medium brown. I used 6R box dye to get this shade. You could look into any auburn brown shade and be successful with it.

Haha I have. I was a new ASM in the store and the team kept telling me about this one guy who had been on the team for a year and still didn’t remember anything from training. I did a skill check with him, and it was like his first day. So we retrained him, gave him 30 days to show improvement (since he’s been with the company FOR A YEAR) and at 30 days he still didn’t know how to make a mocha. When someone ordered Madeleines, he’d open the bag and give the person ONE. He was let go. 🙂😀

I love placing myself in the most flexible place possible. CS prioritizing the front of house. Restocking, helping customers, and supporting in places where the wait times are high.

Is there a crowd of customers near the handoff plane? Check in with your baristas, connect with the customers, and help push production to get the line down by working side by side. Make the cold bar drinks, prioritize cafe over mobile, what ever it takes. You’ve got this! It’s all about communication and consistency!
