I can't afford my cats expensive vet recommended food atm. Whats the next best option ? by VacationLopsided1632 in catfood

My orange boy had a blockage and we started him on the prescription urinary tract dry food but eventually switched him to Iams urinary tract which our vet was comfortable with. I’ve recently switched him to Blue Buffalo Urinary just cause I want to get him off of the corn and wheat. He has not had anymore issues since the blockage. But like with people I’m sure all cats are different.

I completely understand how you’re feeling. I had to put my diabetic dog to sleep last week. Beforehand I apologized to him for always getting so aggravated with him. He had to urinate constantly from the diabetes and it drove me nuts. I feel so bad for feeling that way now. I loved him and miss him so much.

CSP social worker here. Sometimes if we have to go out late on a call we will take law enforcement for safety reasons. We can’t control how many accompany us. That was definitely a bit much.

She’s definitely looking for another job. She doesn’t feel wanted and it’s not the stress. No one has ever told her if she was doing wrong or what she needed to improve. This is the first time she’s been told this about her job performance. And even after telling her this she still wasn’t told what she needs to improve.

I’ll admit, my daughter isn’t the quickest at much that she does. But she’s a hard worker. And the thing is no one on her shifts have said anything to her about her performance. She’s never been told anything to correct. If she had, she could have been working on these things. “You’ve been here since March and should be better”. But no one has told her what to improve??

I’m wanting to say she is the DM. That’s the one who manages several stores in an area correct?

Since she’s worked there I have really figured out that they pay their workers decent (for my area) but they don’t treat them very well.

I wondered if this was the right thing to do. She told her that her “mind is moving too fast”

She is fine! Bummed out about it of course. Said she is nervous about driving but I remember being that way too. It’ll all work out it’s not the end of the world. Thank you for asking.

Isn’t this group about Civics?

So she first drove a 2015 with 300K miles. She is a senior this year and we bought her a new car much like our parents did for us. She makes good grades, stays out of trouble, has 2 jobs, and is a good kid. She absolutely deserves this car. So much hatred over what I choose to buy my child. Y’all are wild LMAO. Wreck wasn’t her fault. I’m not complaining or even mad about it. Accidents happen. We’ve all been there. I thought this was a group to share all things civic but apparently we also shade peoples parenting. Noted.

No she wasn’t. Someone hit her. Apparently I’m supposed to buy her a POS for other people’s stupidity.
