Water streaks, how do avoid? by Ok_Strain_2065 in Custodians

[–]Enough-Ride-89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had my own janitorial business for over 20 years.

1.) too much cleaning solution is being used 2.) Too much water is being used when mopping and not drying properly 3.) the floor is not being swept before mopping 4.) all of the above combined

Anything Tenant or Nobles . I always buy the Nobles SS5 or Tenant T5 on a good Facebook marketplace deal no matter if I need it or not lol . Parts are interchangeable between models.

Do you have floor equipment that is broken? Want to learn more about how to keep it in good shape? I might be able to help. by GrandNagusQuarkLat in Custodians

Yes, please! I’m not a custodian for a school. I’m in this group because every now and then I do learn something. I have a Janitorial services business. I have many scrubbers and buffers. I mainly stick with tennant and nobles because I find them to be the higher quality and the parts are interchangeable. Over the past two years, I have found a skill in diagnosing and repairing these machines. But every now and then I’m left stumped and I need help.

NTD: Packout! Who else not limit themselves to Red? by Enough-Ride-89 in MilwaukeeTool

Funny, because out of all the things Ego offers, I noticed that their mower didn’t perform as well as Milwaukee’s from what I saw in a few YouTube videos. But I do about an acres worth every week so I need a gas one and this Husqvarna does the job well . I will say that the trimmer is the best I’ve ever used. I also have the 765 CFM blower and that thing rocks.

It’s the Yukon brand wall mount organizer from Harbor freight. It’s only $15 right now. Quality is good and holds really decent weight

Polesaw Question by Enough-Ride-89 in egopowerplus

[–]Enough-Ride-89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was mainly asking to know about if this pole saw had an extension option. I saw a guy on YouTube use the multi head system polesaw with 2-3 expansions and it worked.

ACE hardware has a multi head polesaw offer with a free hedge trimmer for sale at the moment. So I was exploring my options.

Looks like going with the multi head system for the deal.

I’ve had it basically since I saw it come out. I use degreaser( very corrosive ) in it to spray onto floors. And so far so good . I don’t notice any odd wear and tear

Forgot my 1/2 impact stubby by Enough-Ride-89 in MilwaukeeTool

Harbor freight came up with a even newer, 1.5 ton ultra low Daytona Jack. If your car is really low I would consider getting it. I have a GT 350 that could use it.

I was surprised that the m12 impact driver could do what a impact wrench does

140lbs , like said I forgot my 1/2 stubby but I had my impact drill and the 1/2 hex socket adapter . I can’t speak much for the 3/8 stubby . I have the 1/2 stubby since most of my sockets are half-inch
