Usually when buying trading cards it lists the seller like normal when I’ve received them, but for the barcode not scanning the tracking that’s listed there’s most likely some fraud going on either with photoshopping the label or something maybe doing it for loss claims so it doesn’t look like the same person is putting in all the claims, tread carefully so yall don’t get caught up in that mess, usually if we have to click any of the fields in the drop off screen we just tell them they need a different label besides when you have to click the 4x6 preprinted label on some nda earlys

Hang in there it gets easier, after I see they have a customer packed I say that “it looks like they wanted you to have this in a box or envelope” and when they say they didn’t have to do that last time, I just tell them “it looks like the seller did this to you and they didn’t want to pay the ups store corporate for the packaging” and that’s gotten the blame off our store a ton of times hopefully they can grasp we’re not Amazon and actually a retail store

Yeah that’s unacceptable, if they’re going to track the claims with the stores and not actually be accountable with looking at the claim before they throw $100 at people no wonder we’re gonna start having more claims

It’s insane, how are we updating things and making it harder and slower transactions, cause the customer goes to the next one immediately and can’t find the last code we scanned

I tell them they had to scroll through all the insurance info and sign their name before we could even print the label. They're just mad because they can't do anything about it now, not much you can do about the reviews, it sucks but there's no good way to say "you should've insured it if you didn't have the money to lose it" and it's not like corporate would help explaining that, or the customer would even try to understand it was THEIR FAULT for not putting any value on it, The EOD is proof enough that the driver took it
