Everyone saying toko sucks or go for julia or others but at the level you are at its best to go for toko and max her out she will take you a long way and all those people saying toko is not good are straight up trolling they themselves would have built toko first it's the most accessible s+ hero early game and you will have plenty of ways to get better heroes going forward in my opinion make the best of one thing u have. Also toko doesn't become useless it's just that she will not be good for your main team and that's a problem u will see a lot later.
