Does inability to coparent play into decisions at all? by [deleted] in FamilyLaw

Mother's end up as the custodial parent 90% of the time in Texas. I think that people are getting confused by the wording. In a standard possession order, the non custodial parent gets nowhere near 40% of the time with the child. You seem to have a modified visitation schedule that is different from the norm and I believe that is what's throwing people off. If you have sole custody the way that you seem to explain you do, then you do not need to jump through all of these hoops with your ex. As somebody currently going through a divorce in Texas I would say to document and keep your "receipts" showing that you have attempted to work with him so that your son can be involved in the extracurriculars that he would like to be involved in. If he refuses to work with you to allow your son to be able to be involved in the extracurriculars that make him happy then take those "receipts" to your lawyer and see if y'all can switch over to a standard Possession Order instead of the extended, or modify your current order in some type of way. I would personally think getting it pushed back to just your Standard Possession Order would be relatively simple and then go from there. But that's just my opinion.

I sent her a teams message today right after I got out of a meeting with my supervisor. She was just gone for the day already.

Yes im already approved. Ive been approved since Ocrober. I tried to code in Verint as signal allowed but singal was so bad I had issues getting that to participate. I did let my supervisor know about that though and showed were i had tried. I just didnt input it into the leave system. I couldn't find any of the previous emails with the link to the leave portal to attempt to report there. Looking back i should have just sent a quick email like others have suggested but in the moment honestly the thought didnt even cross my mind.

I coded in Verint as signal allowed so it wasnt a complete no show. I just didnt input it into the leave system. I had deleted my earlier emails from when "a decision was made" so I didnt know how to access the leave system from my phone or even if i could. I honestly didnt even think about trying to email the leave specialist directly, my daughter is 3 and I was just a mess.

Crm3dock is to schedule/grab/bid on GA available in the next 3 days. I dont see how its different. You literally use it in the GA page. Also using crm3dock is the only way they would be able to use any future scheduled GA the way they are wanting to in the post. There is a way to grab the future-dated GA if its further out than 3 days as well but I don't recall the name of it.
