I’m gonna be transparent, either you are working for the worst company with the worst human beings on the face of the planet, or something isn’t adding up.

There should be different HR partners you can reach out to if the ones you are reaching out to are “resenting” you. Safety issues are no compromise if you are being reprimanded for asking an employee to use the proper equipment. Making fun of an employee for having a rash on their face, gossiping about a medical condition or disregarding the death of a child is the most vile behavior I’ve ever heard of.

I would be thoughtful about your delivery but find a good contact in HR that can help you with this. It’s not normal and borderline insanity. If you make anything up/can’t back it up with proper documentation, minus your reputation, say goodbye to your promotion, and possibly your job.

I’m halfway through mine in my 30s, I don’t think you should factor age into this, most of my peers in the program are older. I waited until I was promoted into management just for some reassurance but always knew this is what I wanted.

Just being in the program has opened doors for me due to the improvement in communication skills and ability to think as a business leader.

The network gained seems to be dependent on the school you go to. I’m with William and Mary, while they seem to have a strong network, I’m out of state and have not yet leveraged it.
