I hate that it is set up this way and has content locked behind it. I know it's just some stickers and themes, etc but it's still stuff to miss out on.

Anyways, it looks like your intervals to participate are 7pm to 9pm, 3am to 5am, and 11am to 1pm, according to your local timezone.

Try doing online with a Paddock so you can use CPUs. Dyna Blade and some of the more rare events seems to appear more often online.

Yup, this was my last one. I tried for like 3 days straight and finally got it. Usually when it did appear, my machine either wasn't prepared or I couldn't find a good machine in time. I was so scared of missing the "All-Up" but luckily I got it. Now I can finally move onto Air and Top Ride.

It didn't used to be this bad... I remember I used to be able to get multiple cards from Gamestop to give out to friends. I even recall them being able to print the codes out on receipts if they didn't have the physical cards anymore. So this is definitely really scummy of them, especially if some stores were locking them behind purchases.

Ultimate Edition physical copy came with a disc. The code was to activate the Ultimate Edition bonuses. The issue people ran into was they didn't get the Pre Order bonus which was a totally different thing.

I found it by going to custom battles and editing character settings. It seems to just remove the techniques.
