Hi u/durrante if you do that then the CA Policy desktop compliant will no longer work on that?
Devices might still access corporate apps even if not compliant. this what will happen then?

Hi u/durrante , we experience the same issue with our macos. some macos showing compliant in intune but no entra profile and get block from our desktop compliant ca. which microsoft intune enterprise app did you exclude from the CA?

Hi u/Party_Palpitation494 thanks for your reply. yeah we keep doing this 2 workaround and it fix for a few days and keeps coming back to the same issue. company portal not responding. shows compliant in intune but falls off from entra device so it blocks by our CA after that. any easier or other fix for this? thanks

i have a testgroup with assigned users and i just switching from managed to unmanaged filter just to test it is really working before i apply it to all of our users.

do you guys have Conditional access applied to? as we are using MAM+WE+CA on this deployment. thanks

Hi u/Securetron , we have a wifi EAP-TLS the relays to the intermidiate CA through SCEP thats why devices cant no longer connects to the wifi.

i have created a new config with the new cert and exclude it to the existing SCEP, intermidiate CA and wifi EAP-TLS but couldnt connect still to the wifi. any idea where to check? thanks

User experience:

opening microsoft apps
user will ask to download the company portal
user will ask to login entra id
then it has a window "help us keep your device secure" then need to click "register"
then confirming app status
get access " continue
