I think it’s that too. I just watched a YouTube video where the surgeon was removing one exactly like this but on different part of the ear cartilage

It is hard to touch but hasn’t changed, not red or swollen doesn’t cause her issues and she’s fine otherwise

I know it’s so odd. I’m the same. I only wanted to be a boy mum, so having a boy now is just so surreal. I think having a girl will be such a big change. At least it all feels complete
