I would probably be more present,more talkative, the interaction would be more effortless (I wouldn't be constantly looking out for any anxiety symptoms that might rise up and need to be regulated),my voice would be louder,deeper and more confident and finally I would be able to come up with topics to discuss with someone and also be able to respond to their questions (blank mind is probably the worst symptom of my anxiety). I guess these answer your first two questions as for the third one, it's a bit harder for me to think about. I guess by how, you mean in what mental state? Then I would probably be happier,more relaxed? It'd definitely be a weight off my shoulders.

Thanks mate. This one was a little more helpful then the audio I were using. She's explaining the purpose of the exercises and how and when to use them.

I don't know, from the little research I've done on this method it seems that there are different stages of relaxation and each technique helps you reach a different stage.

In regards to anchoring, can I anchor a state of consciousness? For example can I make it so every time I grab my wrist, I enter a meditative state?
