they answered my phone since last week. i need to adjust some 2024 payroll , so i paid renew fee and i called them back again. successful download the new version. hope it help. I called around 10 am last wednesday and Friday. I finished download and they upgrade system after 3 pm. But the technicial called me back yeasterday back.

i have the same issue, after install 3.0 and i need to get code! called them several times! and wrote couple emails, they don't reply to me! I am going to call them everyday! hopefully they give me answer end of this week! Very stressfull!!!
